Earthcruiser

July 27, 2011

While in Prudhoe Bay we saw a kiwi guy and his daughter with an Earthcruiser. Made in Australia these things can fit in a container and judging by the speed he was driving the road – they are great off-road. A bit cramped inside but shower, toilet and cooking facilities coupled with a fixed bed.

You should have stolen his windscreen net thing…. it looks better than yours.

The earthcruiser is pretty cool – a lot of thought has gone into the design. A bit too cramped inside for my liking. Amazing suspension though – this thing can fly over rough terrain.

    Hi Guys, Happy Anniversary.

Just managed to get a chance to catch up with the blog and it all looks awesome, although not sure I coped too well with seeing Mark’s knobbly kness in the Arctic Ocean at 7am on a saturday morning!

Hope you’ re treating yourself to a special meal and night in a hotel, if Mark’s prepared to blow the budget that is…

Loads of love to you both and I’ll be following your escapades now

      Hi Mair,

Thanks for the anniversary wishes – we managed a meal out – american portions blow your mind though. No nights in hotels – we are pretty happy in the camper – even Sarah – she does use too much water in the shower though. The recent pictures in the blog are all fully clothed so you are safe to check them out. We also censored the pictures of me in just my shorts in the Arctic !

Hope all is well with you all,

      Mark

    Hi guys,

Where are you now? We are also heading to Brazil, but first to Cape Horn, the southest point of South America. We are in Haines now, tomorrow we get the ferry to Bellingham. Check our position through the website http://www.americas2011.com and feel free to reply to renato@americas2011.com

    Cheers,

    Renato
